Reports not loading in Microsoft Edge

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome browser for best user experience. If you still need to use Microsoft Edge, please follow the steps below.

If your reports tab is not loading in Microsoft Edge, you may try either of the two options below:

Option 1:

  1. Navigate to Edge Settings by typing edge://settings/privacy in your Edge browser's URL
  2. Change the Tracking Prevention to Basic


Option 2:

  1. Navigate to Edge Settings by typing in edge://settings/privacy in your Edge browser's URL
  2. Click on Exceptions and add your Blitzz URL as an exception: {company}.blitzz.co
