My pointer is disabled or not clickable sometimes

The pointer may be disabled (grayed out) due to one of these reasons:

1. When no one is sharing any video.


2. When a guest user is sharing their screen.


3. While using other tools, like mark up or extract text. Stop the active tool and pointer should be visible in 1-2 seconds.

For some reason, if the pointer is not visible even if above 1-3 reasons are not true, click on mark-up and exit out of mark up and the pointer should be visible in 1-2 seconds.
